PLEASE NOTE: A 4x4 vehicle is not required to reach this property. However, this rural Georgia and you will find that most private neighborhood roads (including ours) are gravel.   Please consider this when booking. 

☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆
Families and groups will find plenty of space to spread out and get some privacy at this cabin. All the rooms feature comfortable mattresses, lovely nature-inspired decor and bright lighting throughout.

The main floor features a cozy master suite with king bed. This king-sized bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with dual showerheads and an LG Smart TV.

You can also locate a half bathroom with laundry directly across from the master suite on the first floor.

In addition to the main floor bedroom, there is a spacious upper-level loft area outfitted with 2 single twin beds - perfect for slumber parties for both the young and the young at heart! In this room, you will also find 2 sleeper chairs that turn into single beds for additional sleeping options. Note that this sleeping area is separate from the rest of the house but is not a fully enclosed room. If there is noise in the main living area, it may flood up to the loft. Upstairs also features a full bathroom with plenty of space to share. 

The bright and airy second full bedroom can also be found on the second floor. This room features a queen size bed with plush bedding and a Smart TV.

The bathrooms are stocked with premium shampoo, conditioner, and soap for your convenience so that you can pack light. You’ll also find plush towels and hairdryers. 

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, wine opener, measuring and mixing tools, baking sheets, pots and pans, cutting boards, a toaster, mixing bowls, strainers, casserole dishes, dishes and silverware, and more!

The dining room table seats 6, with extra seats available at the coffee bar. You can also enjoy your meals out on the outdoor porch and take in the beautiful views and nature that surrounds this cabin.

The open living room features a large sleeper sofa and comfortable armchairs, allowing the whole family to hang out as one big group. You can stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV or treat yourself to some family fun with the many board games and card games provided! This features many well-loved classics such as Monopoly, Connect 4, Dominoes, UNO, Catan and Exploding Kittens! 

If all those games aren’t enough to entertain you, you can head down to the gaming cave and try your hand at Ms. Pacman and other arcade classics! 

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Enjoying the fresh mountain air is as easy as stepping out onto one of the many porches. This area has clear views of the mountains. Enjoy using the gas grill to make delicious BBQ or enjoy a movie on the outdoor Smart TV on the lower deck. 

More outdoor seating can be found on the lower-level deck - perfect for playing cards or waiting for your turn in the hot tub (also located on this lower-level deck).

Additionally, a RARE fenced in backyard to let your little ones run free!

☞︎ This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. A link to the full agreement will be sent through the Airbnb message thread in your booking confirmation. It includes guest and property details, stay dates, fees, house rules (e.g., no parties, no smoking, pet rules), cancellation terms, and guest/host responsibilities. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released after the rental agreement is signed.

☞︎ No smoking is allowed (including vaping) anywhere on the property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $500. You will be charged an increase in a cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages. 

☞︎  Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole stay.

☞︎ Kindly remove your shoes while inside the property.

☞︎ No parties or events are allowed. We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, this area is predominantly families and nature-loving groups. This is doubtless part of its appeal to you too! Between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum. 

☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 8 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest. 

☞︎  Please do not adjust hot tub temperature above 104 degrees and please reset to 80 degrees before your departure time.

☞︎ Fireplaces cannot be used between April 1 and September 30. Use of the fireplace during this time will result in a $250 fine. Be sure the flue is open. Please extinguish the fire and close the screen before leaving the home or going to bed. Turn off gas logs (if applicable), but leave the pilot light on. Do not move the gas logs in the fireplace. NEVER LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED WHEN LEAVING THE HOME OR GOING TO BED.

☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.

☞︎ Environmentally friendly plumbing, NO grease, no flushable wipes, and no food down the sink drain. 

☞︎PLEASE do not place loose garbage in the outdoor garbage can. Our garbage service will not collect our garbage unless it is bagged and tied off. 

☞︎Please note that reservations longer than 10 days will have added fees, not included in your booking total, for weekly hot tub maintenance.

☞︎ If an item is left behind, we’re happy to help return it. A $75 flat fee applies to locate, package, and ship forgotten items within the continental U.S. Payment is required before the item is shipped. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited shipments. Items not requested within 14 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.

☞︎ Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.

☞︎Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $50 fee per hour (or partial hour) past the scheduled checkout time. If the delay interferes with the cleaning schedule or the next guest’s arrival, additional charges may apply.
