Additional sleeping areas: 3rd floor living room has a twin daybed plus a twin trundle. We also have 2 fold up mattresses as well as a pack and play.

 ? PARKING

2 parking spaces are available in the driveway next to the golf cart. 5 additional free public spaces are available right in front of the home and additional public spaces are located a short walk down the street the the home is located on.


 ? GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the entire home, hot tub, and outdoor spaces. The neighborhood features spacious grassy areas, with one right in front of the home. One of two community pools is located next to the property, though it's rarely used as most homes have their own pools. There’s also private gated access to the beach, and guests will receive the code for direct beach access.

??  Please note that an additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required and will be sent to you upon booking.
?? Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.
??  You acknowledge that this home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property, including noise levels (sound is not recorded) and smoking, to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
?? Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. One is located on the front of the home mounted to the left of the front door. Another is located near the side door entrance. Both cameras are outward facing and do not look into the interior of the home.
