The property is regularly sprayed for bugs, but please note that you’re visiting the Florida coast and our bug friends live in and around the neighborhood and Gulf. You’ll likely see a friend or two if you leave the doors or windows open.

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. 

A security deposit of $300 is required to hold your vacation rental reservation. This deposit will be automatically added to your reservation and charged at the time of booking. The deposit will be returned to you within 3 to 7 business days provided that the following provisions are met:

·        No damage is done to the property or its furnishings
·        There are no items missing from the property.
·        All keys are returned.
·        There are no violations of this agreement.

Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior doorbell cameras located on the front of the home mounted near the front door. The camera is outward facing and does not look into the interior.
