Getting Around
You'll be within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars. Car share services and taxi are available and free parking is available onsite.
Other Things to Note
Please keep in mind, especially if you have light sleepers in your group, that the condo is in close proximity to nightlife and there may be nights when the music can be heard from the unit during the busy season.
We cannot control mother nature. Due to the tropical climate and humidity, you may see bugs. We have our home professionally treated for your comfort, however, the occasional bug may find its way in. Please keep doors and windows closed, especially at night when the lights are on.
Additional Rules
No smoking is allowed (including vape). If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
No pets are allowed. We love our furries as much as you, but no pets are allowed due to HOA policy. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.
Person booking and checking in must be at least 18 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking.
Please do not use Flushable Wipes. We have good plumbing but it does not handle flushable wipes well. Clogged toilets due to flushable wipes will result in a plumbing service charge of $250, with an additional $250 if the services are required after hours.
Use of the pool is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
Please do not remove furniture from the unit, including patio chairs.
No parties are allowed.
No excessive noise after 10 pm or before 8 am.
Maximum occupancy of 4 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.
We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.
