With a king bedroom, built-in hallway bunk beds, a private balcony, and a shared heated community pool, Coastal Cool makes it easy to settle in and enjoy everything Destin has to offer.

Inside the Condo

After entering through the private ground-floor entrance, you'll climb one flight of stairs to the front door of the condo. The open-concept layout creates a bright and welcoming space where you can relax after a day at the beach. The living room features the following:

Sleeping Arrangements

Coastal Cool comfortably sleeps up to four guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, closet, and clothing storage. Additional sleeping space is provided by a built-in twin-over-twin bunk nook located in the hallway, making it an ideal setup for children or smaller adults.

The home also includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel for your convenience.

Outdoor Space Community Amenities

One of the highlights of Coastal Cool is the private balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with the coastal breeze after a day on the beach.

Guests also have access to the Nantucket Cottages community pool, which is heated from November through March and open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Community laundry facilities are conveniently located next to the pool, with washers and dryers available for $1.50 per load. Credit cards are accepted for payment.

A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring Destin and the surrounding Emerald Coast.

Important Notes

Coastal Cool is an upper-floor condo accessed by one flight of stairs from the private ground-floor entrance. There is no elevator, so the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Two parking spaces are included with your reservation. Parking passes must be printed prior to arrival and displayed on the driver's side dashboard at all times. Vehicles without valid parking passes are subject to towing by the HOA.

Please note that pets are not permitted. There are no grills available on the property. EV charging is not available, and guests may not use extension cords to charge vehicles. Boats, trailers, campers, RVs, and motorhomes are not permitted.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the non-refundable 4% Processing Fee, in accordance with the cancellation schedule above. Guests understand that credit card transaction fees are not returned to the company by the processor and therefore cannot be refunded.

The total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.

Directions
The closest main road is US-98 / Emerald Coast Parkway, which is the main road through Destin. From US-98, turn south onto Crystal Beach Drive and continue toward the beach area.

The property is located at 69 Crystal Beach Drive. Once you arrive, please look for Building 10. It is the yellow building on the end, near the road, which should make it easier to locate. This unit is 10A. Please walk upstairs and enter through the door labeled “A.”

House Rules

☞︎ This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. A link to the agreement will be sent after booking. Check-in instructions will be released once the agreement has been completed.

☞︎ The person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property for the duration of the reservation.

☞︎ No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted.

☞︎ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties.

☞︎ Maximum occupancy may not exceed the number stated in the listing or reservation confirmation. Unauthorized guests or visitors require prior approval.

☞︎ Smoking, vaping, and drug use are prohibited inside the home. Additional cleaning, deodorization, and damage charges may apply for violations.

☞︎ Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

☞︎ Please do not move indoor or outdoor furniture without prior approval.

☞︎ Unapproved late checkouts may result in additional charges. Delays that impact cleaning schedules or incoming guests may incur further fees.

☞︎ If an item is left behind, we are happy to assist with its return. Shipping and handling fees apply. Items not claimed within 14 days may be donated or discarded.

☞︎ We follow our published cancellation policies under all circumstances. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against weather, illness, travel disruptions, and other unforeseen events.

☞︎ Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, particularly around water features, decks, stairs, fireplaces, hot tubs, fire pits, and outdoor recreation areas.

☞︎ No pets are allowed. We love our furries as much as you, but no pets are allowed due to allergies. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

☞︎ Pool: If this property includes access to a pool, use is at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for following pool rules, adhering to standard safety precautions and community regulations if applicable.

☞︎ Waterfront Areas: If this property includes access to a creek, river, lake, pond, dock, shoreline, or other natural water features, guests assume all risks associated with use of these areas. Children should be supervised at all times. Water levels, currents, terrain, weather conditions, and wildlife can change unexpectedly.

☞︎ This property may include elevated decks, stairs, balconies, retaining walls, or natural changes in elevation. Guests should use caution, particularly during wet, icy, or low-light conditions. Children should be supervised at all times.

☞︎ If this property is located within a resort or gated community, access to community amenities is subject to availability, seasonal schedules, maintenance, weather conditions, and community rules. Refunds will not be provided for temporary amenity closures outside of the host s control.

☞︎ Plumbing Septic Systems: Many of our homes utilize environmentally sensitive plumbing or septic systems. Do not flush wipes (including products labeled ), paper towels, feminine hygiene products, cotton swabs, or any items other than toilet paper. Do not pour grease, oils, coffee grounds, food scraps, or other solids down sinks or drains. If a property includes sink strainers, food catchers, or similar protective devices, they should remain in place during use. Guests may be responsible for plumbing service charges resulting from misuse.

☞︎ Trash Wildlife: If outdoor trash receptacles are provided, all garbage must be securely bagged before disposal. Guests should follow any property-specific instructions regarding trash storage, collection, and wildlife prevention measures. Failure to properly secure trash may attract wildlife and could result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

☞︎ Extended Stay Maintenance: Reservations exceeding the property s standard maintenance interval may require additional services during the stay, including but not limited to hot tub maintenance, pool service, trash removal, housekeeping, pest control, or other property upkeep. Any applicable fees or requirements will be disclosed prior to or during the reservation.

☞︎ If an item is left behind, we re happy to help return it. A $75 flat fee applies to locate, package, and ship forgotten items within the continental U.S. Payment is required before the item is shipped. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited shipments. Items not requested within 14 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.

☞︎Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $50 fee per hour (or partial hour) past the scheduled checkout time. If the delay interferes with the cleaning schedule or the next guest's arrival, additional charges may apply.
